The main purpose of doing this is to learn html and css(I didn't even know what div is 2 weeks ago -_-!), therefore at the beginning I didn't focus too much on the design of the webpage. As a result, some friends critisized me on the issues such as ugly color and layout.
Therefore, I decided to move on to the second round design of the website.
All sugestions are welcome: whatever it's about font, picture, words, or tabs. All the feedback are very important to me.
P.S.
1. I planned to put a logo on the upper-right of the header but haven't done that.
2. Some links (mail, downloads) don't work right now because I haven't uploaded the files.
3. I don't have IE on Mac OS so can't test the website with IE. I hope you can tell me if there is any problems to visit the site with IE.

Great site--really impressive work considering that you just learned html. Do you have any links to tutorials or anything that you used to learn these tools? I'm trying to learn a little web programming, and I'm curious how you went about it. I have Dreamweaver and other CS4 apps, but I haven't had the chance to really learn how to use them yet.
Your portfolio is gorgeous Chen! I love it. You definitely have really good eye for graphics as shown by your site design, not to mention the projects!
One suggestion would be to break apart each of the tabs further so that you can navigate directly to a project of interest. (Minor point though.)
I'm quite impressed with the work!
